Join Coach Billie and Coach Ashlynn for 90 minutes of breathing focus. (And the timing is great - just a few days before we all take on Memorial Day "Murph"!) The goal of the breathing clinic is to introduce different breathing methods paired with CrossFit movements and explaining why each of these methods are effective . Then, give participants the opportunity to practice the breathing methods during the session using pvc and light barbells. We'll begin with discussion about tidal volume breathing, oxygen levels, mindful breathing/intention, breath relating to body tension for training & daily life, and types of breathing.
